Layflat hoses
The layflat hoses are usually refrenced as fire hoses too. All of our hoses are manufactured in Europe. We can deliver it with couplings and pressure tested. We can offer hoses for various requsitions.
Agriflat
Agriflat, which is a layflat rubber water hose, is suitable for air, oil, petrol, acid and moderately for alkali transportation. It has an extreme bearing capacity and tensile strength tanks to the fabric design.
It's mostly used in the agricultural industry.
Eurolon
Eurolon, which is a layflat, medium strengt, plastic water hose, is suitable for irrigation and drainage. It's available from 305 to 410 mm. It's mostly used for water pressuring. The Eurolon is a good quality PVC layflat hose.On the market there are several thin walled, weak versions of it, which lifespan and pressure resistance are below to the Eurolon medium strength PVC hose.It's mostly used in the agricultural industry, but it is available with small diameters , therefore it also works as discharge hose for submerge pumps.
Fabricflat PVC layflat hose
Entirely layflat pvc hose. The Fabricflat PVC layflat hose has a fabric covered exterior, just like the fire hose. The layflat water hose is available with several sizes between 52-102 mm. It's heat resistant up to 60°C and loadable to 4-7 bar.The pvc layflat hose is mostly used in the construction and agricultural industry, usually as discharge water hose for pumps.
Fabricflat EPDM
It's a industrial layflat hose with rubber interior and fabric covered exterior.Its heat resistance range is between 30-80°C, but for short time it can handle 90°C too. The material of it is ageing and ozone resistant. The fabric cover is persistent against UV and oznoe. Thanks to the rubber interior this layflat hose is more durable and sturdy than it's layflat PVC associates.
Fabricflat NEON
NEON, which is a layflat, industrial rubber water hose, is sturdy,reinforced and has an orage coloured fabric cover.
Fabricflat RED or PU
The RED or PU, abrasive resistant layflat hose, is sutiable for heavy mechanical duty in the industry. it has a red longitudinaly corrugated coating, which is reinforcing the hose. It is made from a thick and abrasion resistant material, which makes it persistent against strong abrasive in case of this kind of duty for example, draging on concrete. It's a cold an heat resistant layflat hose.
Pyroflat
The pyroflat, which is a layflat water hose, has a high tensile strength.The exterior has an impregnated fabric coating, which has a good resistance against mechanical duty.
Kompressflat
The kompressflat is layflat compressed air hose.It is made from an oil and fat resistant material and easy to carry thanks to its light weight and small space demand.
